In the next few videos we will be taking a look at a variety of guard passes. If there is something we miss, or maybe you would like to see, please shoot me an email and we will try our best to get it up here. The weekend storm brought us quite a bit of snow and a great open mat on Sunday. We logged about two hours of solid training…all good stuff. We then finished the session with a little Q&A about arm drags. This is a topic we will shoot for video in the next couple of weeks…stay tuned!!! Speaking of video shoots, I have to give a big hearty thanks to Eric Stafford from Stafford Sports Media. Eric does all of our technique video and is a great guy to have on the mats.
